Who we are
ZO Production is operated by Zolvac Technologies. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through zoproduction.com and footage shared for enquiries, free samples and agreed editing projects. Contact us about privacy at contact@zolvac.com.
What you share and why
Our sample-request form collects your name, email address, footage link and primary content format so we can understand your request, review the footage and contact you about the next step. Optional details include your phone or WhatsApp number, company or brand, expected video output, editing challenges, preferred contact time and time zone. These help us coordinate communication and assess the requested workflow.
Footage, references and brand assets are used for the editing request or project you agree with us. Share only material you are authorized to provide, including any necessary permission from people appearing in it. If essential information or viewing access is missing, we may be unable to assess or complete the request.
Contact permission and your choices
The form asks for permission to contact you about your sample request. This is not a newsletter subscription. You can withdraw that permission or ask us to stop enquiry follow-up by emailing contact@zolvac.com. This may prevent us from continuing the sample request. Withdrawal does not change processing already carried out or records we must retain under applicable law.
No sale or unrelated use
We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising. We do not share your information or footage for unrelated purposes. Operational access needed to respond to your request and carry out the agreed project is described below.
Our team and service providers
Our website is hosted by Hostinger, and website enquiry emails are sent through Google SMTP. Clients share footage through Google Drive or another chosen transfer service. Our editing team downloads the footage and works on the requested project. Hosting, email and file-transfer services process information as needed to provide their services; client-owned accounts and sharing permissions remain under the client’s control.
Providers or project-team members may process information outside your country. The applicable arrangements depend on the services and project workflow used. Contact us before sharing footage if your project requires a particular storage location, access restriction or confidentiality arrangement.
Retention and deletion
We retain inactive enquiry details for up to three years after the last contact for handling the business enquiry and related records. You can request earlier deletion. Records required by applicable law may need to be retained separately.
Downloaded footage and working project files are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the work is completed and approved by the client. For ongoing projects, footage may be kept longer when needed for agreed future edits or clips; the period depends on the project agreement. Contact us to confirm file deletion when a request closes without delivery.
Deleting our copies does not delete original footage from your Google Drive or other account. You control those files and can remove our access through your sharing settings. Contact us for a deletion request or to confirm which project copies are held.
Website functions and tracking
Website hosting and email services may process technical information needed to operate their services. Website administration uses authentication cookies. Our public-page audit on 12 October 2026 did not detect common Google Analytics, Meta, Clarity or Hotjar tracking code in the returned page content. We will review this notice before introducing a materially different analytics or advertising use.
Privacy requests and concerns
You can contact us to ask what enquiry or project information we hold about you, request access or correction, request deletion, withdraw contact permission or raise a concern. Depending on the law applicable to you, additional rights may include restriction, objection or portability. We may need to verify your authority and consider applicable exceptions before acting.
Send requests to contact@zolvac.com, with enough information to identify the enquiry or project. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents or confidential footage simply to make a request. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant privacy regulator where applicable.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. A new unrelated use of information is not authorized merely by changing this page.
