Our free sample edit costs nothing and carries no obligation.
Monthly plans
You can cancel any time before your next billing period starts, and you will not be charged again. Periods already started are not charged again, and unused days do not roll over unless your plan says so.
Refunds
If we have not delivered a first cut for your first paid request within the agreed turnaround, or the work does not match the agreed written scope and we cannot fix it through included revisions, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the affected portion or redo the work, at your choice.
What is not refundable
Work already delivered and approved, and requests that change direction after approval, are not refundable.
