Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to video editing and related services provided by ZO Productions (“we”, “us”) to you (“the client”).
1. Services
We provide video editing, short-form repurposing, podcast production and related post-production under a monthly plan or a written scope. Plan details, turnaround targets and request limits are described on our Pricing page and confirmed in writing before work starts.
2. Your content and rights
You keep ownership of all footage and files you send. You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including music, clips and likenesses. On payment, you receive the rights to use the finished edits for your own or your clients’ publishing.
3. White-label and confidentiality
We do not publish or name your clients without permission. Work is delivered under your brand. We keep your files and briefs confidential and will sign an NDA on request. We may show anonymised samples of our own editing style only with your approval.
4. Requests, turnaround and revisions
Turnaround times are targets that depend on footage length, complexity and a complete brief. Revisions are included as described in your plan. Extra revision rounds or major changes of direction may be treated as a new request.
5. Payment
Plans are billed in advance for each monthly period unless agreed otherwise. Fees are stated before you commit. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at the end of any billing period by telling us in writing. Work in progress at that time will be completed or credited as described in the refund policy.
7. Liability
We take care with every project, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of views, revenue or opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected month.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the date above. Questions: use our contact form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
